We buy crab sticks, either by weight or packaged. If they are frozen, place them on the countertop in advance, about 5 hours in advance, so that they come to room temperature. Salad with cultivated champignons has an excellent taste. When prepared according to all the rules, it is completely safe, while wild champignons can easily be confused with poisonous mushrooms, for example, the most dangerous toadstool.

For the salad you need:

  • fresh champignons – 300 g;
  • onion – 100 g;
  • vegetable oil – 50 ml;
  • crab sticks – 200 g;
  • 1 can of corn:
  • mayonnaise;
  • garlic;
  • ground pepper.

Cooking steps:

  • The mushrooms are sorted. At the tips of the legs of cultivated champignons there are remnants of the substrate; these are removed. The fruiting bodies are rinsed and cut into slices.
