Since 2014, the procedure for making appointments with doctors has changed. Now patients can independently make an appointment with a limited number of specialists - first level doctors:

  • therapist (pediatrician);
  • general doctor;
  • ophthalmologist;
  • otolaryngologist;
  • gynecologist;
  • urologist;
  • surgeon;
  • dentist.

Please note that since 2015 dental treatment within the framework of compulsory medical insurance it turns out exclusively in dental clinics and maxillofacial hospitals.

Methods for making an appointment with a primary care doctor

To make an appointment yourself, you must have a valid medical insurance and that you are assigned to the clinic you want to enroll in. We remind you that patients can change clinics no more than once a year (with the exception of changing place of residence).

  3. By phone:
    • Registration office of the City Clinical Hospital No. 13: +7-495-674-16-39;

  4. In the clinic:
    • using an infomat;
    • at the registration desk in person.

If your registration is successful, you will receive a notification via SMS about the fact of your appointment.

If necessary, a first-line doctor (most often a general practitioner) will make an appointment with all other specialists. People who require ongoing follow-up with a non-primary care physician (for example, an endocrinologist) have access to a self-registered appointment with their primary care physician after the physician enters the appropriate follow-up information into the information system.

Making an appointment with second level doctors

An appointment with specialized specialists is possible only after visiting a primary care specialist, who will determine which specialist you need to be referred to and issue the appropriate referral.

  1. Appointment by a doctor. If necessary, the first-line doctor will make an appointment for you to see a specialized specialist; all you have to do is print out the coupon.
  2. Towards. The first-line doctor issues an electronic referral for you to a specialized specialist or for procedures/research. Now you can make an appointment with a specialized doctor yourself:
    • through the infomat – section “My directions”;
    • by calling the citywide recording service: +7-495-539-30-00;
    • by calling the reception desk of the City Clinical Hospital No. 13: +7-495-674-16-39;
    • at the reception desk in person;
    • via the Internet (Section “Services and Services” on mos.ru or the EMIAS website).
    • through a mobile application (Moscow State Services or EMIAS), with the exception of referral for procedures/research.

In accordance with the Law “On the fundamentals of protecting the health of citizens in Russian Federation» every patient has the right to choose a medical organization.

You can be assigned to a clinic no more than once a year (except in cases of change of place of residence or place of stay).

HOW TO JOIN THE POLYCLINIC?

Option 1. Online

  • Application for attachment can be submitted to in electronic format In chapter “Services” on mos.ru
  • The period from the moment of submitting the application until attachment and the possibility of remote registration with specialists of the selected medical institution is 3 days.
  • You can apply only on your own behalf.
  • The service is available to users over 18 years of age who have a valid Moscow compulsory medical insurance policy.

Option 2. In person

  • The patient or his representative must personally submit an application for attachment to the selected clinic.
  • The clinic that accepted the application verifies the specified information.
  • Upon completion of the check, the clinic notifies the patient of the attachment.

Do I need to disconnect from my previous clinic?

NO. If a patient changes clinics, there is no need to disconnect from the previous one; the selected clinic itself will request all the necessary medical documentation.

What documents are needed when applying?

When submitting an application you must provide originals of the following documents:

For citizens of the Russian Federation aged 14 years and older:

  • a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation or a temporary identity card of a citizen of the Russian Federation, issued for the period of registration of the passport;
  • compulsory policy health insurance.

For children (under 14 years old) who are citizens of the Russian Federation:

  • birth certificate;
  • identification document of the child’s legal representative;
  • compulsory medical insurance policy for the child.

For a citizen representative:

  • an identity document and a document confirming the authority of the representative.

In case of change of residence:

  • document confirming the fact of change of residence.

HOW TO JOIN A WOMEN'S CULTURE?

In order to join the antenatal clinic, the following documents are required:

  • passport;
  • compulsory medical insurance insurance policy;
  • SNILS (if available)

With the collected package of documents, you must personally contact the selected antenatal clinic and fill out an application for attachment.

Currently, it is not possible to register for an antenatal clinic online. The application for attachment can be completed in advance by downloading the form.

Women's consultation will check the information specified in the application within 4 working days. The patient will then be notified of the assignment within 2 business days.

Unfortunately, not all cities in Russia have large clinics or simply decent clinics and hospitals that are ready to accept and advise a person. Sometimes, living in the suburbs, in a village or one of the nearby microdistricts, getting to the clinic becomes quite problematic. And knowing that, having reached their destination, they will have to stand in a huge line at the registration desk, many simply refuse to go at all.

Today everything is much simpler. You can simply order a ticket to the clinic by email or online. Honestly, most Russians still prefer the telephone, but it’s worth noting that this method is not always effective, because a huge number of people can call the call center at the same time, and this ordering option is not always available. This is why the Internet can be much more useful.

To order a ticket to a clinic, you need a minimum of time and action, since there is a database.

On the website, find the clinic that is closest to your place of residence, or the one that would be more preferable.

Decide on the specialist you need to visit and find the name in the list of doctors that will be shown on the screen. If the required attending physician is not on the list due to vacation, illness, or the specialist no longer accepts or is not in the given one, select another doctor (in the list of doctors to whom you can get an appointment card, only specialists who are in this moment are receiving the population).

After both the doctor and the doctor have been selected, fill out the form. Usually such things are necessary and do not take much time. Next, print out the coupon, which you then mark at the clinic’s reception desk (you’ll need a policy for this). The entire procedure for ordering a doctor’s voucher via the Internet will not take more than 5-10 minutes. Once everything is completed, you can go to the reception.

Remember that health is the most important thing for every person, especially since now you don’t have to wait for hours for yours, first at the reception, then in front of the office, but you can simply order a ticket to. Using this method of making an appointment frees you from the need to sit in lines for hours, saving time and reducing the risk of spreading diseases.
