  • baking powder or soda -1/2 tsp.
  • nut butter – 1 tbsp. l.
  • spices (ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground cloves and nutmeg) - to taste

How to cook?

  1. Mix all ingredients, roll the dough into a ball and set aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 7 mm, cut gingerbread cookies with a mold.

How to cook?

  1. Add eggs, milk, flour, psyllium, warm water, oil and salt to the grated zest. Wait 10 minutes and bake in a non-stick frying pan without oil over medium heat.
  2. Cut the apple into cubes. Pour water into a saucepan, add tangerine juice, spices and apple. Place on the stove and cook, stirring, until the liquid has evaporated.
